Rostra's 250-8240 replacement rear view mirror gives drivers a way of enhancing the safety of their vehicle without changing the overall look and feel of the interior by providing the capability to view any one of up to two cameras on their car, truck, or SUV through the large-format display built into the mirror itself.

Overview

Universal Fitment

The mounting stem of the 250-8240 mirror is designed to fit the traditional windshield-mounted lug found on most vehicles so installation is a breeze. If your vehicle is equipped with a different windshield lug, adapters for most vehicles are available by clicking here.

Plug-N-Play

The video inputs of the 250-8240 mirror are traditional RCA plugs which accept video from a wide variety of RCA-equipped cameras. Installation wiring consists of making connections to an ignition power source and chassis ground as well as reverse signal input for automatic engagement of the backup camera. An auxiliary camera can be activated by pressing and holding the power button on the face of the mirror to display video from cameras installed on the side of the vehicle for blind spot monitoring, as-needed.
