Parking Assist System with Moving On-Screen Grid Lines

The advent of modern vehicle telemetry means that the constant feedback loop of information between a vehicle and its driver is more useful than ever. By incorporating the output of a vehicle's steering angle sensor in real time, reverse parking assist systems are now able to more accurately guide drivers into their intended parking position.
Introducing Rostra’s RearSight Park Assist System (PAS) - an intelligent visual parking aid designed to calculate a vehicle's reversing trajectory in order to accurately guide drivers with large trucks to their desired location when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. For back-in parking, parallel parking, or connecting to a trailer, this system provides a unique visualization of the vehicle's reversing angle through a series of on-screen flexible gridlines.
