Rostra to Promote Their Products through USTCC

Napa, CA – Rostra will introduce the “Rostra Award” for the 2015 season of the Nitto Tires United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC). The award will be given to one eligible precision control driver at each race of the season.

Rostra is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts and accessories. Their product range include aftermarket cruise control systems for old and new cars, back up camera systems, parking assist controls, obstacle detection systems, navigation systems, heated seat kits, and much more. One of their best selling products is a rear view camera system that can work very well in racing applications as well as for street use. The system can replace the traditional rear view mirror in racing applications and provide better view for the driver. “Rostra grew up mere minutes from the Rockingham Speedway in North Carolina and performance automotive racing has had a big influence on the lives of many of our employees, so we’re extremely happy to be involved with the USTCC and we’re excited to see the innovative ways that our products will be used during the race series this year,” said Jim Pineau, President and CEO of Aftermarket Controls Corporation.

The Rostra Precision Award will make its debut at the USTCC season opener at Buttonwillow Raceway Park, just outside of Los Angeles, California on April 18, 2015. For more information on Rostra, please visit www.rostra.com.
